About Us

I believe people are doing the best they can, AND they can do better. Often during major life transitions, we get thrown off balance and may lack the skills that could help us adjust. Having worked as a teacher, athletics coach, and school psychologist, I like to think of myself as a coach who will help you navigate whatever it is you need support with. I work in partnership with my clients, as I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is key in helping the client to make any level of change. Just like a teacher or coach who believes in you, I will help you unlock your potential and reach your goals. , While I find validating feelings to be important and healing, I will also challenge you to look at things from other perspectives. I love to work with upper-elementary, middle schoolers, high schoolers, young adults, current and former athletes, people with learning differences, college students, people grieving deaths or navigating breakups, and parents. , I have experience working in public and private schools, and as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, I am savvy with IEP and 504 plans, as well as working with parents and collaborating with other service providers.
