I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in general psychiatry and substance use disorders. I provide medication management for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and many other common mental health concerns. While medications can help you tremendously, I am a firm believer that non-pharmacological interventions have a powerful impact on our mental health. At your first visit we will discuss medical history, sleep, diet, relationships, work, etc so I may gain a holistic view of your compete life. , My goal is to alleviate the symptoms that are blocking you from your joy, while also maintaining the lowest therapeutic doses of medications. I believe that a collaborate approach is best; therefore, I often partner with therapists and physicians to optimize your care. , I am currently offering virtual visits on weekends and evenings, in addition to M-F.
