I work with individuals across the life span in a relational process to work through life transitions, loss and grief, career/school counseling, health adjustments, goal achievement and family/relational communication. I am here to assist each individual with their person goals, learning to set boundaries and how to get their needs met in a healthy productive way. I help individuals move forward from situations which may cause anxiety, grief, or sadness to living a more balanced life. , I provide a calm, safe, open environment for patients to process your feelings. Therapy is individualized based on your goals and what you, are wanting to achieve. I focus on the client/therapist relationship while using an array of treatment theories and modalities into care. I am trained in mindfulness, holistic and contemplative practices. , Reaching out for help is hard and finding the right therapist can intimidating.
