I work with families,individuals and couples. Issues are discussed and moved through. Some of our present difficulties are due to past hurts and resentments.Various therapies are used and tools given to feel lighter and lead a happier productive life , I am skilled and trained in a number of modalities: Family Therapy,Cognative Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR and grief counseling. I was a teacher and a learning specialist for 9 years and have been a therapist for the past 20 years. , I recently have learned the EMDR feelings addiction protocol, It has been very successful with over eating, internet, shopping, alcohol,sex and drug addictions. i also have become very interested in resilience. Skills and mind set to be an emotionally strong person.
