Sunflower Movement Therapy offers a unique approach to mental health. We will use movement as the primary way to engage in therapy. Rather than talking it out, we will dance it out! I offer a warm, playful, and committed approach to therapy. My approach utilizes humor and a down to earth perspective with kindess at every turn. I will help you find your strengths and help guide you to meet your goals. , I specialize in young children, trauma, attachment, autism, developmental supports, and social skills learning. We will utilize dance/movement therapy and play in therapy where every body and every person is included. No movement experience is necessary and mobility aids are welcome.
