Hi there! I’m so glad you have decided to take the step to seek out support! Therapy can be an essential part of a persons journey, especially gaining an understanding of who they are and taking steps towards their life goals. I would love to support you in that process! I consider it an honor and privilege to be trusted by you, to share your most vulnerable moments/feelings, and to process through the messiness of life. I believe in utilizing the therapeutic process to support you in taking power back in your life. I love pets on camera, relaxed sessions, using humor and honest feedback to build trust so I can push you when needed. , I believe that you already have everything you need to go from simply surviving to thriving. Therapy is a process to learn how to use the strengths you already have. I work primarily with women across the lifespan; and I especially love to work with women who are in emerging adulthood, trying to find their way in the world. , While it is not for everyone, I can specifically offer, through an eclectic and Biblical approach, Biblical Christian counseling. Our time together can focus on looking at goals, life, and relationships through a Biblical lens. We can work on your relationship with God; and for you to become all that you were created for.
