My approach to counseling is to have a foundation of trust and unconditional positive regard while creating a safe environment. Many of my clients are looking to make changes in their lives in order to find peace, happiness, love within themselves, and their relationships. More often than not, my clients come to me because they have been feeling depressed, anxious, or struggling with self-esteem and are looking to change how they have been feeling and the quality of their lives. I offer a non-judgmental approach to getting to know my clients and helping them to determine their goals for improving the quality of their life. , I believe that my client is the leader of their life. Therefore, I will assist you with creating the goal that YOU want to make for your life. I am a trained and licensed therapist and a licensed school social worker . I apply evidence-based therapy .
