" I understand and value the importance of providing clients with a safe space to express and process lifes events and accompanying emotions. I use a warm and friendly approach to help them to identify their strengths while empowering them as they work toward their goals. Recognizing it can be challenging to open up to someone, I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance and allowing clients to work at their own pace so that they can best balance lifes changes and challenges. I believe in working collaboratively as I take the time to understand my clients and their individual needs and goals. ", I have a diversified skill set that includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, behavioral issues, substance use, those identifying as LGBTQ+, as well as clients struggling with socioeconomic stressors such as unemployment, homelessness, and financial insecurity. , I wholeheartedly believe that all of my clients are doing the best they can in every given moment, even when they cannot see it themselves. I hold the philosophy that everyone has the tools within themselves to reach their goals, especially when given the right opportunity and support.
