About Us

As a certified Emotionally Focused Couples therapist and a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have over 20 years of experience in the field of psychology. My training includes HFI Body-Centered Psychotherapy, Voice Dialogue (parts work) with Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, EMDR (levels one and two), advanced certification in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness-based meditation, and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I enjoy working with couples and individual adults. , I can help you to heal, learn, transform, and grow through approaching your life with awareness and compassion. Together we will work to help you appreciate your unique approach to life, to bring to light and strengthen your gifts, and to help you achieve your goals. , Using emotionally focused couples therapy, I help couples to understand the underlying needs that drive difficult patterns of relating. As you begin to understand the underlying hurts, fears and longings that are evoked during your conflicts, you will be able to more easily empathize and connect with each other, and develop the close connection you long for.
