My approach is interactive, utilizing evidence-based psychology including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and holistic and spiritual approaches according to client interest. , I have been in private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003. My past experiences include completing psychiatric evaluations in an emergency department, working in a psychiatric hospital, a residential treatment for children and adolescents, a halfway house for adults with substance abuse issues, and at a nursing home/rehabilitation center.
