I believe in a two pronged approach when working with anxiety, which includes symptom reduction followed by addressing the root cause(s) in order to maintain an improvement in functioning over the long term. , " I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, self esteem issues, relational issues, self injurious behaviors, and emotional disturbances. I work closely with parents, offering support around navigating their childs stages of adolescence. I also run groups for adults and teenagers that target specific issues listed above. "
