Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. I have worked with children of all ages, families, couples, adults and seniors. I have a BA and an MS from Western CT State University. I am here to help you learn, express and change in ways that you want to improve your life and well-being. I know change can be scary and hard, but I believe that you can make changes in your life with the right support, tools and encouragement. We will work together to move you forward and enjoy your future. , " I use person-centered theory in my approach, so I recognize the positive in people who arent always able to see it for themselves. While I believe that people can change, I also believe that acceptance -- of self, of others, and of circumstance is often times just enough.The approaches that I utilize are cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal approaches. ", Through my work experiences in child development, drug & alcohol rehabilitation with teens and adults, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma we will find healthy ways to develop a stronger you in your future.
