I can help you to build those networks though and help you to reach your goals big or small in your mental health and find your inner peace. , I offer and practice many forms of treatment including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, EMDR, structural family therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy. Being an AAMFT Approved Supervisor I can also offer individual and group clinical supervision to graduate students as well as post-graduate students. , Mental health is often put second in our society but during these times especially it is crucial to make it your first priority.
