I enjoy working in collaboration with clients in recognizing this, as well as identifying their strengths, working through past events, thoughts, feelings or behaviors, that they have felt have held them back from experiencing a full life today. Each client has a unique set of amazing qualities just waiting for a chance to shine; let us work together in a safe space and explore yours! , I enjoy providing individual/group/family counseling for clients experiencing effects of past histories of c-trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, interpersonal issues and addiction. I offer a strengths-based, trauma-informed, compassionate approach to assist you in working toward your goals. Through a combination of individualized evidenced-based techniques and holistic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and more, we can work through any life challenge you have faced, together.
