Please note my practice is currently full, telehealth sessions only. I do offer consultation for therapists. People seek therapy for different reasons - life transitions, anxiety, a sense that they could be living fuller lives; some feel unhappy and stuck in old familiar behaviors. My intention is to co-create a safe, respectful, supportive space to hold the work. Some of my clients seek short term counseling for specific issues, and others want longer term counseling to gain a deeper understanding of the ways they relate to themselves and others. , " I believe effective psychotherapy is as unique as you are. I use evidence-based and creative approaches, including EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (consultant level), and body/mindfulness therapies. I also provide consultation to therapists, combining somatic therapy, EMDR and Janina Fishers clinical application of structural dissociation model.
