Hello & welcome to my profile. Please note I am currently not accepting new clients at this time, however have a waitlist if you would like to be added. My name is Jenn & I completed my Masters Degree in Social Work at Fordham University; and am currently a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and their families for the past 20 plus years. I recognize there is not a "one size fits all" model approach to treatment. I look forward to collaborating with you and find ways to heal and grow as individuals. We will build on your strengths to help you move in the direction you want to be. , I create a warm and comfortable environment for my clients to feel safe in. I believe one of the things that takes the most courage is learning to begin to understand your story. I do encourage mindfulness practices in our work and focus heavily on self regulation strategies & compassion, as well as CBT interventions. , Never apologize for being sensitive or emotional. Let this be a sign that you\ve got a big heart and aren\t afraid to let others see it. Showing your emotions is a sign of strength".
