About Us

Seeking mental health treatment for yourself or your child can be an emotional and scary decision. Between finding the right provider who will listen to you, identifying what you want help with and then defining these goals, it can be overwhelming. My job is to make it as easy as possible through telehealth services that can be provided where you feel the most comfortable: your home. I look to help each of my clients cope with everyday life and hardships, identify any concerns that may be preventing or delaying your individual growth and help you work towards your goals. , I am an African-American, female, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have specialized training in sexuality related issues including working with people related to gender/sexual identity, LGBTQ+, performance concerns, and sexual trauma. I also work with clients navigating depression, or other mood concerns who want to learn how to manage everyday life , Through using a Strength-based perspective alongside other therapy techniques, I work with you to identify ways to navigate the life challenges you are experiencing and work to develop skills to prevent future life challenges from occurring.
