Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life changes? Sometimes we try to navigate these challenges on our own, but it can be overwhelming. There comes a time when we may need some help from a professional to assist with navigating some of life’s challenges. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I’d love to help you work towards healing and self-discovery. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you heal, understand yourself more deeply and learn how to better cope. , My approach is to use empowerment, strength-based, person-centered techniques to help you feel comfortable at such a vulnerable time. The treatment modalities often utilized in sessions include CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am also trained in EMDR. I will provide you with a space that promotes growth, healing and self-discovery. , We all need someone we can confide in. Someone that holds non-judgmental, unbiased space for us to be able to process our feelings.Coping with emotions can be difficult for some.From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences.
