As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to helping teens, families and adults in their path to wellness. I strive to help create a safe environment to build trust, overall peace and self awareness. Therapy and the therapeutic process is a non judgmental safe space to work on whatever you may be going through. I have extensive experience in addressing complex trauma, anxiety and panic, depression, OCD, behavioral and emotional reactivity, substance abuse and addiction, sexual reactivity, parenting and other life transitions. , Life can be challenging, but it can be managed with the help of a caring therapist. Together we will work towards improving your skills to navigate trauma, depression, anxiety as well as any other difficulties you are seeking therapy to address.
