Welcome! The longest and most rewarding journey is the journey within yourself. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Practitioner. My experience includes working with individuals, and couples. My goal is to promote healing and change by utilizing the mind, body and spirit in a safe, non-judgmental, warm and supportive setting where you can feel free to discuss your thoughts and emotions. I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS) and NET to assist in authentic self transformation, more confidence, improvement in health and wellness as well as personal growth and healing wounded parts. , IFS Therapy is about discovering you have a non-judgmental, compassionate Self that is leads you through life in consultation with your various parts (feelings etc).
