Life isn’t always easy and I’m here for you to help! My goal is to help guide you through your journey of healing and to gain control over your happiness and life. I work with anyone who’s gone through difficult circumstances and transitions that have left them feeling powerless. This can range from extreme traumatic experiences to daily life changes and or stressors. I also work with anyone who experiences challenges with managing their moods, behaviors and thoughts, such as anxiety or depression. Or who may have challenges with their identity, self-esteem, relationships, personal growth, or are grieving. , My therapy and coaching sessions focus on digging deep to get to the root of your challenges. You will learn crucial life skills, such as self care, to create your own version of a happy-healthy life.
