In April 2022, I completed my EMDR training & I am ready to provide EMDR sessions. I see all individuals as unique & my approach in our journey in therapy together is holistic & respectful, creating an authentic relationship between therapist & client in a safe environment to explore your feelings, thoughts & goals. I believe together, we can focus on healthy ways to find clarity & resolve struggles that will give relief from grief, frustration & anger. Talking & opening up the necessary portals, then learning coping skills can help to get wheels moving (again in many cases) improve decision-making for self growth, change, ... , interpersonal relationships & personal safety at any age. Today we are all faced with a great deal of complex challenges.
