About Us

The clients I work with are often dealing with major life transitions in their adolescence. Life transitions can lead to anxiety, depression and/or acting out behaviors. Additionally, my clients often have underlying anxiety and or mood disorders that make these transitions exceptionally difficult. Clients dealing with these issues are often looking for someone to listen to them, and to understand them. One of the most important steps when helping others is providing a safe space for clients to be heard, understood and validated. , I aim to provide a supportive, and validating environment for clients to explore their emotional experiences and compassionately confront any unhelpful patterns they uphold. I have 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents to manage their emotions and behaviors in various social settings. , Taking steps to get support can be difficult, but just by searching for a therapist, you have started the process. I provide telehealth services and have an in-home option available for Norwalk residents.
