About Us

Hello! I provide individual therapy to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, women’s issues (perinatal, postpartum, weaning difficulties, transition to motherhood, infertility), trauma, life transitions and relational issues. Whether you’re brand new to therapy and feel intimidated about starting or whether you’ve seen a therapist in the past, I hope to offer an environment where you feel comfortable being curious about yourself and better understanding how your past experiences/memories impact your relationships and worldview today. , I blend my psychodynamic training at the Family Institute at Northwestern University with Acceptance and Commitment and Emotionally Focused therapy to offer an empathetic, nonjudgmental space for you to self-reflect, grow, heal and disrupt negative patterns that make you feel stuck. My goal is to make you feel supported and empowered as you navigate therapy. , " Am I the right fit for you? In order for therapy to be helpful, its important that you and I form a secure relationship based on trust and feeling safe. You may know right away if I’m the right fit for you or it may take a few sessions to decide, and either way Ill be checking in with you regularly to make sure you’re getting the treatment you need. "
