I am so proud of you for starting this process of looking for a therapist for your self or someone you love. It takes tremendous courage to begin. I am a psychotherapist who believes strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship, which can allow healing to take place. I work with individuals in adulthood and believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual. I meet with a wide variety of clients, including those with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting and relational concerns, anger management, addictions and low self esteem. , I often use mindfulness based strategies, including AEDP (an attachment-based theory) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), and interpersonal relational work. Much of my work is experiential, which comes from a learned experience of the connection between our minds and bodies. Using the wisdom of our bodies we can learn so much. , Life can bring us all great struggles and the loss of hope. However, we do not need to suffer alone.
