There are many struggles in life that bring people to therapy. I specialize in helping people who are battling cancer or trying to navigate their life post cancer. Living with cancer takes enormous strength and courage. Some people experience feelings of anxiety or depression during cancer treatment, while others struggle with finding a “new normal” after they are cancer free or in full remission. I work with those who want to regain the energy, desire, and stamina to forge ahead. And those who are ready to turn their fear into personal power so they can live a more peaceful, joyous life. , As a cancer survivor myself, I know first-hand how scary the “C” word is. I offer a relaxed, supportive environment where we explore the effects of cancer in life. I provide relaxation and coping skills that help minimize distress and maximize hope and empowerment. I also support caregivers who are navigating the cancer process alongside their loved ones. , If you are battling cancer, or experiencing post cancer depression, or anxiety please know you are not alone.
