About Us

I believe my most important role as a therapist is to provide the safety and insight you need to identify worries and obsessive thoughts and behaviors, so you may move toward a more functional, confident approach to life. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and love assisting clients to find their voice, identity,& independence while navigating the expectations and needs of their parents, schools, families and community. I also work with adults to help them navigate life transitions with clarity and confidence, including divorce and career changes. I am here to show you unconditional positive support in a safe space. , " Using an eclectic approach, including existential, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I work to help my clients identify their unique stengths, abilities, and goals, so they may gain the independence and confidence to move forward through lifes challenges armed with coping skills to manage, and even overcome, uncomfortable symptoms. ", My previous work includes school-based counseling and emergency crisis services. I am well-versed in high risk assessments and the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, the spectrum of sexual and gender identities, school behavioral concerns, life transitions and stress, perfectionism, divorce, and social and familial conflict.
