I view my treatment plans through a humanistic lens and use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guarantee positive outcomes. , I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and then went on to earn my Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
