About Us

Treating individuals, couples, families, children and parents for over 20 years, I take an active role in the therapy session by providing support through discussion and identification of treatment needs. My style is compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, insightful, and reflective. I assist clients and their families in the following areas: stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, relationships, co-parenting, grief/loss, and life transitions. I also assist with learning disabilities and ADD/ADHD. My focus is to assist with recognizing, clarifying and managing difficulties and life transitions. , I will provide assistance with understanding your unmet needs and to make the invisible life barriers visible, tangible and manageable. I practice multi-faceted therapies utilizing Marriage and Family, Cognitive Behavioral, Art, Play, Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Solution Focused, Brief Treatment, Family Constellations and am EMDR trained. , I provide handouts to assist with the treatment process. I strive to form a collaborative relationship with you, in which we explore different ways to manage and reduce your life discomforts.
