About Us

I provide treatment for individuals and families that have been challenged with facing everyday mood related struggles in addition to medical complications, sports related issues or relationship concerns. Together we work on decreasing the distress surrounding these concerns in order to provide more clarity and the ability to function optimally. More importantly I recognize that there are a variety of reasons why people seek mental health support and my goal is to create an atmosphere where these reasons can be explored to help improve one’s mental health. , I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals overcome their mental health struggles. I have diverse range of specialty areas because of extensive training and being driven by my own personal interests. I focus heavily on developing relationships with my clients to help make therapy process more meaningful. , In addition to more traditional treatment approaches to improving one’s mental health, physical health and/or sports performance, I also tap into one’s natural areas of strength to help build confidence and self-esteem.
