On the outside, everything seems great. On the outside, others see that you’re hard-working, accomplished, and a go-getter. But on the inside, you are struggling. You are in a rut. You are constantly anxious. Your inner critic is constantly pointing out where you are falling short or reminding you that you are not enough. The fear of failing, disappointing others, and making mistakes can be overwhelming and exhausting. If this is you, welcome! My name is Dr. Leah Morgan and I treat the big and small challenges that people face in life. My work is driven by the deeply held belief that people get better and that every person can heal. , I aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for addressing a range of issues including anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, panic, trauma, perinatal issues, relationship challenges, depression, and life stress. I also specialize in helping new mothers and parents manage anxiety, quiet their inner critic, and navigate the challenges of parenthood. , My style is to practice from a place of warmth, openness, curiosity, and compassion. I work collaboratively to empower clients to overcome challenges using their unique strengths and talents to create a more satisfying and joyful life. I use deep listening, EMDR, CBT, somatic and other modalities to help my clients achieve profound and lasting change.
