I am a licensed professional counselor certified in advanced alcohol and drug counseling. I have diverse experiences working in a variety of person-centered fields, including hospital settings, private practice and group homes. , I utilize a variety of strategies which include, CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), motivational interviewing, mindful/meditation strategies, and the application of unconditional positive regard for others. , One of the most important elements in therapy is the connection between therapist and client.
