Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed or conflicted by your emotions and confusing thoughts? At some point in life, most people do. When you are in the midst of the fog it is often difficult to find your way out alone. With over fifteen years of experience, I can provide a light for you to see through those challenging times. As your objective and gentle witness, I will help clear the way for deeper understanding, support, and expand your coping strategies. I offer individual, couples, family sessions and group therapy. My primary orientation is person-centered and strengths-based. , By providing a non-judgmental atmosphere, together we will determine the direction of your sessions through a collaborative and interactive process to increase awareness to implement change. I have been trained in a variety of therapy modalities and I use these different techniques to support clients in making positive changes toward growth and wellness , " My clinical experience includes working with: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma & body disfigurement, sexual abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, anger management, parenting issues, peer conflict, bullying, substance abuse interventions, and unresolved family of origin issues.
