Relationships are the bedrock of our wellbeing. When things go awry in our most important relationships with partners, parents, children or friends our stability is threatened. For over thirty years I have helped couples, friends, adult children and their parents repair and enhance their relationships. I have found that the combination of individual and joint sessions is most effective in helping clients reach their goals. , I teach communication and listening skills.
