Do you suffer low self-esteem because you have difficulty maintaining daily responsibilities at school, work, or home? Do you struggle with sitting for long periods or staying on task? Do you sometimes feel as though you are "controlled" by strong waves of emotion or anger? Maybe you\re discovering trouble in your relationships with others due to forgetfulness, time management, impulsiveness, substance abuse, or general communication issues. , I work from a strengths-based perspective to "meet you where you\re at" in the way that best suits your desired treatment goals. My work is guided by my values of inclusivity, acceptance, empowerment, and unconditional positive regard for each client\s unique journey. I offer 1-on-1 sessions (in person & telehealth), life coaching, & organizational services. , I am an "out of the box" therapist, problem-solver, & creative thinker. I understand the complexities of living day-to-day life with the barriers/hurdles that accompany a neurological disorder, which can be compounded by additional stressors & trauma.
