Offering in person sessions in Farmington, CT starting August 5th! It takes courage to recognize that you may need support. If you are struggling with any of the mental health issues below, feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment. I understand that people are unique and their treatment should be person centered and tailored to meet their current needs. I aim to create a safe place for clients to reflect and work on making changes to improve their everyday experience. I use strength based and trauma informed techniques. I also use CBT, DBT, self love and inner child work to help clients through their healing journeys. , I specialize in childhood trauma, sexual abuse trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, PTSD and life transitions. I offer DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, exposure therapy and motivational interviewing.
