Welcome to the Center for Authentic Living, LLC! I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you throughout your mental health journey. One of the bravest things a person can do is begin to understand and share their own story, and I am happy to be here to listen. You are making a commitment to make a positive change in your life. I am honored and committed to helping you succeed. , I offer services to a wide range of individuals, from ages three through all stages of adulthood. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and schizophrenia treatment. I provide individual counseling sessions as well as family, couples, and psychoeducation sessions both in person and virtually. , I have 7 years of experience working in mental health through my work as a counseling intern, residential counselor in a psychiatric treatment facility, ABA therapist and working as an LPCA. I am certified in Brief, Solution-Oriented Trauma Resolution, as well as in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Authenticity Therapy, and Complex Trauma treatment.
