I focus on helping clients navigate through life changes or hardships. My ultimate goal is to make sure clients are heard and feel supported. At times providing thoughtful feedback can be helpful in helping clients move towards their goals in trying to feel better. I do enjoy working with clients across the life span, who may be experiencing any concern ranging from: anxiety and/or depression, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, or have potentially experienced a traumatic event , My approach is collaborative with clients, as we work together to help the client gain control of their lives.
