Hello. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.My goal is to help my clients feel comfortable and respected using a relaxed approach, combined with a little humor and years of experience. Most of my clients say they like my styIe of therapy because I am so "real". I would enjoy the opportunity to share my skills and expertise with you. I am a certified EMDR therapist and while this is not the only approach I use, it is my specialty. I also use motivation, and coaching, as well as, supportive counseling in an effort to meet all my client\s needs. , EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a psychotherapy treatment that is effective for resolving emotional difficulties caused by disturbing, difficult, or frightening life experiences, similar to CBT. EMDR Therapy is an evidence-based therapy with over 25 years of research behind it.
