I can help. I offer a safe and comfortable space to talk about what is getting in the way of you living a happy and fulfilling life. I can help you find alternative ways of looking at situations, identify your triggers for negative emotions and teach you specific skills that you can apply immediately. You are not alone. , I have 27 years of experience helping people with social anxiety, ASD, social awkwardness and OCD that left untreated lead to depression and anxiety that take over your life and lead to poor strategies, like overeating, isolation, substance abuse, angry outbursts and self-sabotage. I can help retrain your brain to develop healthy habits and routines. , I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I am an old school social worker who believes in social justice and equality for all. I provide different ways of doing therapy. If you are not a "talker" we will find the best way for you to express yourself, including music, art, improv, group work, meditation, exercise, swimming, walking, humor, games.
