Life is challenging. Directly confronting those challenges in a supportive space is one of the most rewarding decisions you can make. I have 10+ years experience guiding clients as they examine the factors contributing to the anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress in their lives. In that process we work together to focus on the coping skills and solutions that lead to greater life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping clients achieve greater confidence, self-awareness and balance through authentic and connected living. , I draw from various psycho-therapeutic modalities. My general approach is client-centered with CBT/DBT focus on coping skills. I rely on Emotion Focused therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma & attachment issues. Also provide Neurofeedback. My specialties include: Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women, and couple & family communication , I look forward to supporting you through your journey of self-discovery as we develop the goals that energize you in your quest to maintain an emotionally healthy relationship with yourself and others.
