I specialize in working with adult men and women seeking recovery and healing from trauma and also substance use. I also have experience working with adults with various conditions, including depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD. I believe in meeting my clients where they are in the recovery process with a non-judgmental stance. I will empower you to unearth the strengths you already have within you to confront the challenges in your life and help you identify and achieve your individual goals. , I am fully trained in EMDR and use a strength based, whole-person care approach to psychotherapy, utilizing creative and imaginative methods and techniques to address complex trauma.
