As a psychotherapist, I enjoy working with clients looking to optimize life experiences & seeking assistance in achieving this goal. I primarily enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, adolescents, & parents who aspire to be the best version of themselves and need guidance in communicating within the parent/guardian & child/adolescent relationship. Life is about finding a healthy balance of communication with others & most importantly: yourself! remember: finding a therapist that is best for you is like finding a house, a spouse, or a pair of shoes: sometimes, you have to try on a few to find what works for you! , I am here to help you be the best individual you can be, but...I am ONLY a therapist- I am not you: You are the best "therapist", You can help yourself the most, I am just here to guide you and offer assistance based on my training and experience as a therapist.
