Caregivers and essential workers are under a lot of demands and stress today more than ever before. High demands can impact caregivers emotionally, physically and psychologically. Hello my name is Cari Surace, LCSW, G-CSW, CCFP. As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP), I teach simple, holistic approaches for caregivers and essential workers. My simple approaches have proven long-lasting results in a short period of time. We will work together to focus on your personal strengths. I will help you focus on your self care while you still can care successfully for others. It is possible! There is hope! You are not alone! , Do you feel like you are always putting your needs last? Is your own health, relationships and/or your own career becoming compromised? If so, you are in the right pIace! I have been working in the mental health field since 1993. I am an expert treating adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues & PTSD (including vicarious & medical trauma). , I see Caregivers (of spouse, parent or child), CNA/Nurses, Teachers, SWers, and State and Government workers, just to name a few.
