Have you lost interest in pleasurable activities? Do you feel anxious, depressed, or stressed? Are you having difficulties with relationships or isolation? I have 26 years of extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have experience as a case manager, crisis clinician, intensive in-home therapist, and as an individual and group therapist in outpatient settings. I will work with you to develop personal goals to address issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, isolation, relationship and/or family issues, grief and loss, divorce, addiction, trauma, medical issues, or major life transitions. , Recovery is not only possible, "recovery happens." I will work with you to empower you to identify your strengths and develop a toolkit that will enable you to access skills at any given moment. I utilize a strengths based and solution focused approach in an empathetic and confidential setting. , I offer evening and Saturday office hours that are handicap accessible. I am also able to work with you in the community depending on your insurance. The office is easily accessible from highways and is located on a bus line on the Wethersfield/South Hartford City line.
