I love what I do. My style of counseling is warm, compassionate, and relational. It’s an absolute privilege to work with my clients as they overcome obstacles that stand in the way of them living their best lives. I specialize in supporting clients in overcoming eating disorders and other complex food and negative body-image related issues. , I have been honored to support clients working toward or in recovery from eating disorders, as well as those who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, negative body image, trauma, chronic illnesses, grief, loss and pregnancy and postpartum transitions and mental health concerns. , I currently have limited daytime availability for virtual sessions for adult clients (18+).
