My name is Cailee, I am a LMSW practicing EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy. I have extensive experience working with law enforcement and first responders around matters such as grief, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-care, and work-life balance. , Cailee offers a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. Cailee is EMDR trained and primarily works with adults suffering from PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, and burn-out.
