We are unique individuals, yet we also share so many things. Worse, sometimes it feels like we have a war going on inside of us and we are not sure we are winning. This is when a therapist can be very helpful. A therapist can help you to see things from a different perspective, make new connections, and explore new ways to approach your life. , I am a systemically trained Marriage and Family Therapist. I have had experience working with individuals and families in different settings for over 20 years. My training includes Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I am a certified School Counselor. , Therapists are not magicians and I have no magic spells.
