If you’ve felt stuck & as if you’ve been repeating the same cycles over and over again; if you’ve had trouble connecting with yourself & others that are important to you; or if you’ve struggled to experience true joy & peace, I welcome you to my safe space in tackling these challenges. These circumstances can manifest themselves into inter- & intrapersonal issues such as trauma responses, anxiety, depression, mood disorders & emotional dysregulation, substance use & a variety of other mental health conditions that limit the potential in our development, goals, careers, families, and intimate relationships. , As a relational and systemic therapist, I go beyond the “quick fixes” of coping skills & communication strategies (although, very useful). I offer a client-centered, integrative approach that creates the opportunity for us to delve deep into the core roots of your limiting beliefs, patterns, & behaviors. , Past clients have described me as authentic, insightful, graciously direct, patient, and genuine.
