Welcome! The decision to come to therapy can be a challenging one to make. Talking about the things closest to your heart and mind can be one of the most difficult things to do in life and that takes incredible strength. My goal is to provide everyone with a safe space to speak freely and feel heard. My work is engulfed in helping others explore and discover their life without limits, ultimately identifying their inner strength and blooming into being their authentic self. As your therapist, I follow your lead and provide you with the tools you feel would best assist you! You are the master of your own life and I am here to help! , I have experience working with a variety of individuals such as adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. My background includes experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, psychiatric disorders, co-occurring disorders, and those who are having some difficulties navigating life utilizing a strengths-based person-centered. , Change can be hard and I’m here to help you navigate the adjustments. Therapy can be a great place to explore your life and the boundaries/limits we place on ourselves each day.
